Step 1.  Register on line.

- Panacea’s electronic medical record system is compatible with
   the following web browsers: Google chrome, Safari or Firefox.

- Next advance to the Patient portal page and click on the
   “New Patient Registration” link (below the Log In button). 

- Enter in your demographic information, except the insurance
   information, as we do not accept or bill insurance.

- Once your registration has been completed, you will receive
   an verification email with a link to confirm your registration;
   click on it and it will take you into your patient portal account.

*If you encounter any difficulties with this process, click the link “Contact Cerbo Technical Support” at the bottom of the page. 
 This will connect you to the Cerbo EMR support team for help.

Step 2.  Request an appointment.

Click the “My appointments” tab on the home screen.

- Request a new patient appointment time that works for you.
   New patient consultations are 75 minutes long and
   categorized into either:

a. “Brain Health” specifically for mental health or neuropsychological evaluations.

b. “Regenerative medicine” for chronic toxicity & detoxification or best-aging evaluations.

- I receive your request and send back a confirmation response
   to your portal, email or text.

Step 3.  Payment for medical services.

- Once your appointment has finished, we do require
   payment for the medical services rendered. 
   We can take your payment 
either in person or send you an
   invoice where you can pay with a credit card, cash,
   check, Zelle or Apple pay. 

- There is a small processing fee if you choose to pay with a credit card, which will be displayed on your invoice.

- Payments can be made using your Health Savings Account (HSA)

Although we do not accept health insurance, we will provide you with the necessary information (superbill) for you to submit your claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.

In case of a life threatening emergency call 911. For urgent medical concerns, please call your primary care provider first. If you have specific questions or concerns regarding your care under my recommended treatment program, please send either a secure message in your patient portal tab or call my office number #941-402-4321 so I can help answer any question you may have. Please keep in mind that I am a solo concierge medical provider and will answer your concerns to the best of my ability and as quickly as possible.

Prescription Refills:
Please contact your pharmacy or Fullscripts to request a refill on either your medication or supplement and they will send me a secure message to process your request faster than you requesting through Panacea. Please allow up to 48 hours to complete your request.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, it prevents others from scheduling at that time. All appointments will be secured with a credit card, via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. 

Notification given greater than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, results in no fee.

Unless you experience a true emergency, notification given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in a $50 fee.
